This video series I will walk you through the same processes I use with my 1-on-1 and group coaching clients, that I’ve refined over the past 7-8 years.
There are certain switches you can pull to “unhook” any stuck thought, feeling, belief, or negative pattern.
This is a quick exploration in awareness that will familiarize you with the basics.
Before you can install new patterns, behaviors and beliefs, you must release the old negative conditioning. This is how we do that.
By the time you have completed the series, you will have a comprehensive understanding of the underlying framework that forms your identity structure.
You will feel a sense of peace and in much greater control over your thoughts, emotions, and life in general.
